An 8-home small lot subdivision proposed for a mid-city site on a heavily trafficked boulevard. The project face is reoriented to the side street and the interior with small living rooms and office areas activating those edges. The three-story townhomes have entrances on either edge, allowing for a distinction between these potentially public spaces and a direct route to the more private, residential spaces above.
