A 3-unit hillside apartment building project located adjacent to DSH's award winning rehabilitation of R.M. Schindler's Bubeshko Apartments used Schindler's own unbuilt design for the site as a departure point. This complex project involved multiple planning entitlements and the updating of early sketches in light of current building codes while continuing the legacy of reinterpreting conventional living patterns.
