Adaptive reuse project reimagines a supportive housing model for 24 transition-aged youth as a series of “neighborhoods,” where intimate, light-filled private rooms are organized around thoughtfully scaled gathering spaces, communal dining and outdoor recreation. The site will accommodate various shared social support programs and therapeutic services.
